12 Mileage from an employee's\sub-contractors home to the normal work location is not reimbursable. The normal work location is the location to which an employee\sub-contractor is assigned through the LookOut app. Employees\sub-contractor shall be reimbursed for the mileage travelled from the location of the work with the participant in their vehicle.
In order to be reimbursed for the mileage the employee/sub-contractor is required to provide the KM’s travelled in the LookOut app at the end of the visit. The employee\sub-contractor needs to obtain an acknowledgement from the participant through the DC QR app by providing their details along with the participant's details which is inclusive of the date and the participant needs to acknowledge the KM’s by ticking the acknowledgement box and providing their signature.
