LOOKOUT APP POLICY

10 10 Lookout application login is provided to the employees/sub-contractors by Decent Care. The application is expected to be used by the employees/sub-contractors to check in before a shift and check out at the end of every shift. The application is also used to log in the case notes for every shift completed.


10.1 The following actions are to be conducted through the lookout app during and after a visit has been completed.

  1. Check the roster every day to ensure if there are any changes made, as Decent Care will add or remove the roaster based on the participant's request.
  2. Check in to the app prior to the start of the shift.
  3. Complete any should-know or must-do tasks provided in a particular shift.
  4. End of every shift it is required to check out and complete the case note during that process.
  5. The permission for the location should be granted and the location should be turned on during a shift.


10.2 NON-COMPLIANCE

The employee/sub-contractor is paid according to the data records in the lookout system.

  1. Failure to check in and check out will not be recorded by the system as a result Decent Care will not process the payment for those following shifts.
  2. Failure to check in and check out at the correct time may lead to a delay in payment as the system will not record the hours during the current pay cycle.
